Civil/Improvement Plans Services Include:

  • Complete & submit government agency applications.

  • Calculate fees, request checks & pay all fees.

  • Maintain weekly permit status schedule & forward to client.

  • Coordinate civil, soils, traffic, etc engineers to satisfy agency corrections.

  • Coordinate required forms, i.e. CC&R’s, bonds, agreements, deeds, easement, covenants, insurance, etc.

  • Review Conditions of Approval for compliance & prepare matrix.

  • We back-check the plans to avoid piece-meal re-submittals & schedule meeting with plan checker, when possible.

  • Obtain government agency approvals.
